Search terms
A name or place entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. Louisiana Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or message through a contact channel, the content is kept so a reply can be made. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal requirement calls for disclosure.
Technical Data and Cookies
When a page loads, routine technical data may be recorded by site tools or service providers. The details can include:
- Internet address (IP) and browser type or version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and the time spent on each page
- The referring site, when one is sent

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information, a parent or guardian may use the available contact route to ask that it be deleted.
